SHIPPING + PRODUCTION TIME
Since a majority of our items are made to order, production time will vary. Please see the item description for product specific production times.
Please send us a message or leave a note at checkout if you need an item by a specific date, we will do our best to make that date happen!
We ship via USPS. Shipping times are based on the USPS and may vary. Once the product is in procession of the post office, we cannot control the delivery time and solve lost package issues.
USPS – Standard Shipping: 3 – 5 business days
USPS – Priority: 2 – 3 business days
USPS – Express: 1 – 2 business days
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We are happy to accept exchanges, if needed. Please contact me within 5 days of the item being delivered. We are not able to accept exchanges on custom pieces. Customer is responsible for shipping costs. Original item is required to be sent back before exchange/replacement can happen.
International order are final.
We do not accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your item, please contact us so we fix it! Complementary repairs are available up to 3 weeks after the item has been delivered. We will attempt to replace/repair the item. Original item must be sent back before repairs/replacement can happen.
