Short Answer - Approximately 4-5 weeks from when we receive the wax back. Long answer - This depends on a few factors. Once you order the kit, I will ship it out within 3 business days. Shipping times vary depending on the level of shipping you purchase, but could take up to 5 business days. Once you receive the kit, you will collect the print and send back the kit with the included return label. This label is only valid for 30 days. If it is not used within 30 days, you will be responsible for shipping your kit back. Don't forget to keep you original box to save shipping supplies! After you ship back your kit and I received it, I will then clean up the wax, add the bail, and ship it to the casting company. It takes approximately 2-4 weeks to return the casting. When I get that back, I will clean it up, get it nice and shiny, and send it back to you! It is a long process, but so worth it to have a truly one-of-a-kind keepsake!

The nice thing with the wax is you can always try again! If the wax is too hard to push, warm it up some more. If it is too sticky, try warming it up less. If you still aren’t able to collect a print, you can always collect a paw print from one of their paw pads and it will look perfect!

Nope! You can collect a print from other pets as well. You could do a cat nose, a feather imprint from a bird, or shell imprint from a turtle. Just always be sure to clean any remaining wax off of your pet.

Yes, the wax is completely safe to take a print with when following the provided instructions, however, please do not let you pet eat the wax. Due to the customized nature of these charms, we do not offer refunds for the pet nose charms. Each piece is truly one-of-a-kind and and may not look exactly like the photos on the website, but that is what makes it so special!
